Hadfields is the trading name of AMREEK LTD (registered in England & Wales, company no. 17082388), 35 Bernard Street, West Bromwich, B71 1PJ. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we need it and how we look after it.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us when you email us, phone us or use the website contact form (for example your name and email address).
• Delivery details — the name, address and phone number for local delivery orders.
• Card payments. Card transactions in the shop are processed by our card payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use your information only to run the shop: to answer enquiries, fulfil delivery and trade orders, keep accounts records as required by law, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Legal basis and retention

We process personal data on the bases of performance of a contract (your orders), legal obligation (tax and accounting records) and legitimate interests (running the shop safely). Accounting records are kept for six years; delivery notes and enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed.
